European Chocolate is Eva’s passion. She has been making quality European chocolate truffles and other confections for over 20 years. Eva’s Delights takes pride in using the finest chocolates only and pairing them with local California ingredients. By creating different truffle combinations using local wines, cheeses, espresso, and even bacon, Eva’s Delights not only makes awesome truffles, but also supports both local farmers and the local community.
